The delivery charge is automatically calculated based on your location and the delivery method that you choose by the delivery agent. The delivery fee is clearly displayed on the check-out page after Customers entered their address.

Delivery time
Deliveries time is started from order confirmation date.
- Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 working days (not include holidays)
- Other provinces: 2 - 5 working days (not include holidays)

Receiving and checking product
For product is packaged by Cuddle and handovered to delivery agents, we would like to inform some following notes:
1. The package is intergraded: no scratches or tears
2. The package is sealed with customer information
3. The invoice is included
*Note: You should check the delivery package with sealed condition before receiving. In case there are signs of disassembly on the delivery package, you can take a picture of the current condition of the goods and ask the delivery staff to check the contents of the goods inside before receiving the goods to limit the risk.
