Return and Exchange Policy
You can make a return request for one or more products within 07 days of receiving the goods for the following reasons: if the product is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product ordered, if it is not present in the parcel.
The return shipping costs to our warehouses are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
If you processed your order through guest checkout please contact our friendly Customer Service to start your return.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 07 days to your original payment method.
- Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping charges, discounts, or promotions applied at the time of purchase.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to check availability.
- Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping charges.
