Payment Methods

You can choose from one of our convenient and flexible payment methods:

• Bank transfer with QR code
• Cash on delivery (COD)

Bank transfer

• You will see our bank account information when you choose bank transfer payment
• Please note your Oder Number or Phone number which you are using to place the order.
• Depending on each bank policy, service fee will be applied during your transaction.

Cash on delivery (COD)

COD is a form of payment upon receipt of goods by giving money directly to the delivery staff. The payment steps are as follows:

• Step 1: During the ordering process, you choose payment method by COD.
• Step 2: After getting order confirmation from us, your order will be proceeded to deliver within the specified time (during working time).
• Step 3: The delivery staff will deliver the goods to you within the specified time (according to the item Delivery time).
• Step 4: You pay and receive the goods from the shipping staff.

Our products are delivered in the correct color, style, material, and size that you has decided to buy.

+ If you receive and check the goods, then change your mind and do not accept the goods, please pay the 2-way delivery fee + return storage fee: total 80,000 VND

+ After receiving the goods, you can change the size, style, and color within 7 days if the tags are still intact and the products have not been used (washed, ironed, worn). We do not accept returns for refunds.
