RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return/refund is not applicable for the purchased goods.
Exchange the goods for free within 7 days with full invoice, provided that the goods are unused, with the same tags and conditions. If the buyer wish to exchange goods after 7 days from the purchased day, a fee of 15% of the product value will be applied, maximum after 15 days.
Exchange policy is not applicable for product purchased in promotion, discount voucher; product that purchased over 15 days.
